Great Cormorant

I saw this bird while we were camping in Kejimkujik. All morning I thought had such good luck being able to see the bird swimming back and forth from shore and occasionally diving.

When we packed up and left the campsite for the day, I made two trips for all our gear - on the second trip, this bird stalked me as I was leaving, then jumped up on the bow of my boat and stayed there. I took this photo and some video of the encounter on my iPhone.
